2. Main Characteristics of the Service

The content of accommodation, transfer, tour and honeymoon services (property, room type, board, dates, number of guests, inclusions) is described on the relevant page of the website and in the booking confirmation sent to the Buyer.

3. Price and Payment

  • Prices on the website are "from" prices and may vary with dates, room type and number of guests. The final price is stated in the booking confirmation.
  • Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Turkish Lira including taxes.
  • The payment method, deposit amount and payment dates are stated in the booking confirmation.
  • Bank charges and exchange-rate differences (for foreign-currency payments) are borne by the Buyer.

4. Booking Process

  1. The Buyer sends a request via the website form, phone, email or WhatsApp.
  2. The Seller checks availability and sends an offer including the price.
  3. The booking is confirmed once the Buyer accepts the offer and pays; a confirmation is then sent.

Submitting a request form does not by itself constitute a purchase.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15/1-g of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation, transport and leisure services provided on a specific date. Cancellations follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You can send complaints to info@solandratravel.com or call +90 531 405 15 50. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
