Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement is prepared in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Buyer / Consumer

The person whose name, contact and billing details appear in the booking request and the booking confirmation.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of accommodation, transfer, tour and honeymoon package services (the "Service") requested by the Buyer through visitturkapadokya.com, phone, email or WhatsApp and confirmed in writing by the Seller.

3. Service Details

The type of service, property, check-in/check-out dates, number of guests, room type, board basis, inclusions and exclusions and the total price (taxes included) are stated in the booking confirmation sent to the Buyer, which forms an integral part of this agreement.

4. Payment

  • Payment is made by the method and on the dates stated in the booking confirmation (bank transfer, credit card or payment at the property).
  • If a deposit is taken, its amount and the due date of the balance are stated in the booking confirmation.
  • Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Turkish Lira and include VAT and accommodation tax.

5. Performance

  • The Service is provided on the dates and at the property stated in the booking confirmation; the property's check-in/check-out times and rules apply.
  • If the Service cannot be provided due to force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, official decisions, extreme weather, etc.), the Seller will inform the Buyer without delay and offer an equivalent alternative or refund the amount paid.
  • Balloon flights depend on weather conditions. If the Directorate General of Civil Aviation does not permit flights, the tour is rescheduled or refunded.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation, transport, leisure and recreation services that must be provided on a specific date or period. Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the terms stated in the booking confirmation.

7. Obligations

  • The Buyer confirms that the information provided for the booking is accurate and complete.
  • The Buyer must comply with the property's rules and is liable for any damage caused.
  • The Seller is obliged to provide the Service under the terms of the booking confirmation.

8. Personal Data

The Buyer's personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy and Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

9. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

10. Entry into Force

By accepting the booking confirmation or making a payment, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement and the Preliminary Information Form.
